The consortium objectives of co-creation and transformation will be further advanced by a Residency Fellows program which supports week-long residencies for meritorious individuals. The program purpose is to deepen connections and provide high-impact professional development opportunities to network members, and to build capacity for CI professionals or exceptional CI students. Through a residency, a fellow will spend one week at another institution within the consortium where they will interact with CI professionals, students, faculty from relevant fields of study; attend lectures, explore CI resources; and engage in activities of mutual interest. These opportunities will be co-developed between institutions and residents and vetted by the Steering Committee. A summary report or blog post (covering what was accomplished, reflections on the experience, suggestions for improvements on objectives, etc.) will be sought. Up to $1,500 is available to support residency experiences.
